Dr. Muhammad Rahman
Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Innovative Learning Academy, I am honoured to lead a team committed to nurturing young minds and creating a learning environment that inspires curiosity, creativity, and confidence. I oversee the strategic direction of the school, ensuring that our programs, facilities, and staff work together to provide the best possible experience for every student.
I am a public health specialist with an MBBS from KMC and over 30 years of experience in the development sector, including education and teaching. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to improving communities, supporting learning initiatives, and building systems that empower both students and educators.
Mr. Asad Rahman
Director of Finance
As Finance Director at Innovative Learning Academy, my role is to ensure that the school’s resources are managed efficiently, transparently, and responsibly. I am committed to supporting the mission of providing a safe, creative, and engaging learning environment for every child.
Behind every classroom and activity, sound financial management ensures that our educators have the tools they need and that families can trust in the stability and sustainability of our school. I am proud to be part of a team dedicated to nurturing the next generation and helping them reach their full potential.
I hold a degree in Accounting and Finance from the NUST Business School, and I have 4 years of experience working in the development sector. I am proud to contribute to a school that nurtures young minds while maintaining a solid foundation of financial integrity.
Ms. Ujala Khan
Director of Academics
As the Academic Director of Innovative Learning Academy, I am passionate about creating a learning environment where every child feels valued, inspired, and empowered to explore their full potential. I oversee our curriculum, teaching practices, and learning initiatives, ensuring that each student enjoys a creative, engaging, and meaningful educational experience.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a bachelor’s in Education, majoring in English Literature and minoring in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Alberta, and it is from this foundation that I draw much of the inspiration and ideas for our school. With multiple years of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of guiding young learners and shaping programs that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence.
